1. Membership Agreement

​

By enrolling as a member of The Physique Factory Gym (“the Gym”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Membership provides access to facilities and services in accordance with the selected membership type.

 

2. Membership Term & Contractual Commitment

​

•   All memberships are subject to a fixed minimum contractual term, as agreed at the point of joining.

•   Members are obligated to fulfil the full duration of the agreed contract. Early termination will not be permitted           except under exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of the Gym.

•   Upon completion of the initial term, memberships may automatically continue on a rolling basis unless                  cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined below.

 

3. Fees and Payment

​

•   Membership fees must be paid in full, on time, and in accordance with the agreed payment schedule.

•   The Gym reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to facilities where payments are overdue.

•   Any outstanding balances remain payable and may be subject to recovery procedures.

 

4. Membership Cancellation Policy

​

•   Members must provide a minimum of 30 days’ written notice to cancel their membership following the completion of the initial contractual term.

•    All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or official Gym communication channels.

•    No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of a membership period.

5. Membership Suspension (Freeze Policy)

​

•   Requests to temporarily suspend membership must be submitted in advance and are granted solely at the             Gym’s discretion.

•   An administrative fee may apply to any approved suspension period.

 

PERSONAL TRAINING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

6. Personal Training Services

​

•   Personal training sessions must be purchased in advance, either individually or as part of a package.

•   All sessions are subject to an expiry date, as communicated at the time of purchase, and must be used within         that period.

 

7. Personal Training Cancellation Policy

​

•  A minimum of 30 days’ written notice is required to cancel any ongoing personal training agreement.

•  All payments for personal training services are non-refundable, including any unused sessions.

 

8. Missed or Cancelled Sessions

​

•   A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a personal training session.

•   Any session missed without sufficient notice will be considered forfeited.

•   Sessions missed without prior notification are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

9. Forfeiture of Refund Eligibility

​

•   Failure to attend scheduled personal training sessions without providing appropriate notice will result in the               immediate forfeiture of any right to refunds, credits, or rescheduling of remaining sessions.

 

10. Health & Safety

​

•   Members are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit and capable of participating in physical exercise.

•   The Gym accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage sustained on the premises, except where caused by                proven negligence.

 

11. Member Conduct

​

•   Members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner at all times.

•   The Gym reserves the right to terminate membership without refund in cases of misconduct, misuse of                       equipment, or behaviour deemed inappropriate.

 

12. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

​

 •   The Physique Factory Gym reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will          be notified of any material changes.

 

Acknowledgement and Acceptance

By purchasing a membership or personal training services with The Physique Factory Gym, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
